A one-page digest of what shipped across the product squads (BOS, FOX, LEX), written for product stakeholders rather than engineers. Runs on the sprint-report methodology, edited by a human before it goes out.

First issue — covers the cycle that ended 21–22 July across Back Office Systems, Front Office Experience and Lawrence Experience.
Each issue is generated from the squads' Linear cycles the same way the sprint reports are, plus a sweep of git for side quests (meaningful work that never got a ticket), then edited by the Head of Product: highlights get an "in practice" note, and anything too internal gets cut or reworded. Every highlight carries an availability pill (Live / Early access / Pilot / Rolling out) — check it against the PostHog feature flags before sending. The cadence is set by whoever runs it (currently per cycle, roughly fortnightly). The audience is internal, so squad codes and Linear links stay.
To produce a new issue, copy assets/templates/newsletter-starter.html into product-newsletter/issue-N-YYYY-MM-DD/index.html, fill it from the squads' just-ended cycles, and add it to this list, newest first.
