Goal

Forms became templates

Delivered
  • Firm-scoped form catalogue and assignments, managed like any other template
  • Forms tab in the template library with search, categories and jurisdictions
  • Fill form now routes through Lawrence chat, and only the firm's assigned forms can be filled
  • Full undo/redo on filled forms
Lawhive

Goal

The document editor reaches 1.0

ooxml v1.0.0 shipped · legal-work ready
  • The ooxml package family is stable at 1.0: the Word constructs legal documents use now parse, render and round-trip
  • Real-document fidelity: paragraph borders and legacy rules, Word-parity list numbering, Word's own behaviour on Enter after a heading
  • Track changes hardened: multi-step edits like list toggles stay tracked, and block-level changes round-trip as real Word revisions
  • New documents inherit the firm's blank-template house style No more blue headers!
  • Find & replace everywhere, from the toolbar or from Lawrence, correct under track changes

Goal

Durable agents reached prod

Agent framework core
landed Sprint 8
M4 · Durable & background execution
Deployed to prod this sprint
M3 · Full Lawrence 2 on TS
In build · skills migration in review · tools migration tech plan ready
M2 · Generalise beyond matters
Sequenced after M4 and M3 · unlocks Global Lawrence
What this unlocks
  • Agent runs survive deploys and restarts
  • Work continues after the lawyer closes the tab
  • Every trigger and run lands in a ledger: the substrate for Automations
  • Matter chat can already run on it behind a flag

Chat polish

Streaming that reads like typing

No pacingidle
Defaultidle
Adaptiveidle
Dumping chunks is instant but unreadable. A fixed pace reads well but falls behind. Adaptive tracks the stream: smooth and on time. Default is now Adaptive for everyone.

Around the edges

Also this sprint

Cross-squad · Dom, BOS mattertemplates:// shipped by BOS on our VFS framework. The operating model we want: teams owning a domain model own its VFS adapter, we build the framework.
Automations PRD in progress: scoping ahead of a build decision
Template library polish: search, categories, editor exit, page-break control
